Unfortunately this bracelet is not compatible with charms. Strugling with the return process. Order & delivery is always supburb - my encounter with return process has been a bit frustrating. Overall buying from The Silver Goose is positive The bracelet is of good quality - just not suitable for the purpose I need it for
