The item is well made and exceptional quality, however, the blue stones are a lot smaller in real life than they look on the picture and therefore don't show the colour as well as I would have liked.

The charms are beautiful even the size is slightly smaller than expected in comparison with the pictures on the website. I ordered two charms as gifts but they were packed into one gift bag. Maybe add a place for special requests when we order, so it can be explained. Or pack charms in principle each in its own beautiful branded bag. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the quick service!
