I had bought the charm together with two others (Giraffe & Coffee cup)for my wife's birthday. I have to admit your service was good and fast. But is was very disappointed as my wife open the charms and we saw how small they were. The charmed have such nice detail, it is just a pity that no one will ever really notice it on her arm. (Just my 2cents). Thank you
